Note: Early rates are for the registration fees received before 10:00am (US Central Time), August 22, 2005. All the registrations received after 10:00am (US Central Time), August 22, 2005, are in the late category. For each accepted conference paper (long or short), at least one author needs to come to the conference to present the paper. Author registration is due 10:00am (US Central Time), June 24, 2005. Without full registration by at least one author by this date, the paper will not be published.
