Projects

VEGGIE: The Visual Environment for Graph Grammars: Induction and Engineering
VEGGIE is a context sensitive graph grammar induction and parsing tool. It is based on the previous tools for Spatial Graph Grammars (Dr. Jun Kong) and the latest version of the SubdueGL induction engine (Dr. Jacek Kukluk).
VEGGIE is a merging and extension to the SGG software system and the SubDUE Graph Learner. Primarily, it extends the induction process by adding context sensitive induction.

GGS: A Graphical Global Similarity Schema Matching Approach

FACADE: A Fast and Automatic Clustering Approach to Data Engineering
FACADE is a point clustering data mining tool.

Program Instrumentation for Performance Visualization

Object-Oriented Visual Language for Parallel Programming

User-Centric Data Clustering and Visualization

Integrated Visualization in Web Development and Reuse

Visually Specifying and Transforming Web Interchanging Documents (Sponsored by NSF)

Spatial Graph Grammars and Applications
The Spatial Graph Grammar (SGG) specification is a useful extension to the Reserved Graph Grammar (RGG) specification.
